We appreciate your interest in our EKG program.

Here are the basic requirements to register for the program:

• Must be at least 18 y/o

• Health Science background

• Must have a valid social security number

• Must be able to comprehend 10th-grade level of English or higher (we don't need HS diploma or school transcripts)

• Covid Vaccination is no longer required but is recommended.​

We highly recommend anyone signing up for any of our EKG classes to register early. There is an assigned mandatory homework of reading your textbook from chapters 1-5 before the first day of class.   

 

Cost:

The total cost of the EKG program is $1407 which includes tuition, registration, book, and CBL (computer-based learning).

EKG Practice Completion:

To complete the EKG course, the student must complete a minimum of five (10) 12 Lead EKGs on friends or family members. The student has to bring a couple of family members to the school to practice on.

 

NHA Certification

Upon completion of the course, the student is now eligible to register to take the certification exam through the National Healthcareer Association. Avid CNA School will assist in registering the student for the certification exam.

Here are the steps to register:

• After reading the Enrollment Agreement, if you want registration to proceed, the initial down payment of $200 is required. 

• Once the down payment is received, we will send you documents to fill out via DocuSign. 

• Simply fill out the information and it will be sent back to us automatically. 

• We will then set up an appointment, date and time, to pick up books needed for the class.
