We appreciate your interest in our 3-Week Hybrid CNA program.

​

Please carefully review the information provided below.

​

Here are the basic prerequisites for enrolling in the program:

  • Must possess a desktop or laptop computer with audio and video capabilities (smartphones or tablets are not acceptable).

  • Minimum age requirement for BNATP is 18 years old.

  • A valid social security number or ITIN.

  • Must be a College Student.

​

Additional requirements (TO BE COMPLETED AFTER ENROLLMENT):

  • Recent physical examination (within the last 12 months).

  • QuantiFERON or T-SPOT blood test for Tuberculosis (TB), or TB skin test (within the last 12 months).

  • Submissions of these requirements during registration is preferred, or within 14 days from the first day of class.

  • Healthcare Worker Background Check is mandatory before the class commences. The school will guide students to an approved Live Scan vendor.

  • While a full Covid vaccination is recommended, it is not required.

This course follows a hybrid format, where online sessions are conducted through Zoom with live lectures on Theory Days.

The in-person segment of the course takes place during Skills Lab and Clinical Days. Whenever feasible, major exams such as the midterm, final term, and final comprehensive are administered during Skills Lab sessions.

The Skills Lab is located at Avid CNA School, while the location for Clinicals is in a long-term care nursing facility (To Be Announced).

Cost:

  • The cost for the CNA program is $1844, covering tuition, registration, textbooks/workbooks, scrubs, and lab kit (including a gait belt, stethoscope/sphygmomanometer, and TED hose stockings).

  •  The program incorporates the Basic Life Support (BLS) certification course from the American Heart Association. A supplementary $60 charge for the BLS card, essential for future employment, is applicable.

  • To secure a spot in the class, registration and book pick-up must be completed asap or at least 10 days before the start date. Due to the program's intensity, early enrollment is strongly advised to allow ample time for acquiring books, as pre-class work is mandatory.

  • While late registrations are accepted beyond the deadline, they will incur a $50 late registration fee in addition to the standard $50 registration fee.

  • A mandatory pre-class assignment involves reading the textbook and completing the workbook chapters 1-20 before the first day of class.​​

  • Personal Check/Money Order/Cashier's Check - Payable to AVID CNA SCHOOL 

  • Please note: We don't accept cash payments.

English Test:

Students are required to take a standardized English test during book pickup.

Here are the steps for registration:

  1. To initiate registration, submit the $250 initial down payment. This payment means your agreement with the cost as indicated above, enrollment terms and you can pick up your books asap or at least 12 days before the start date.​

  2. Upon receiving the down payment, we will send you receipt and documents to fill out via DocuSign.

  3. Complete the information, and the documents will be automatically returned to us.

  4. We will schedule an appointment for you to pick up the required class books and submit other additional requirements.
